So I have a small business of which I provide uniforms, short and long sleeve Ts, Hoodies and Hats to my employees as well as I have a growing retail opportunity with shirts, magnets ect. I have been going through Custom Ink for the last 5 years. Although they have great customer service, unfortunately their pricing has tripled and their quality has diminished. So I decided to search for a local screen printing company that I can build a relationship with of whom I can reorder with regularly and reliably and who I can use to grow our business opportunity with. Absolute Graphix is located very close to my office so I gave them a call. I got a hold of Lisa who I explained what I was looking for, not only in product, but wanted a company that I could build a relationship with and will regularly reorder from. She asked me to send her an email detailing my product needs, including our logo and she would get back to me by the end of the day. Come Tuesday the following week, I hadn't heard anything back so I called to make sure that my email had been received. The gentleman I spoke with stated that he saw my email on Lisa's desk but she was not in that day. He said he would make sure to let her know I called and he was sure she would get back to me. It is now Thursday, I have still not heard anything back from Lisa at Absolute Graphix. So I sent an email expressing my disappointment at not hearing back and that I didn't feel this was the kind of relationship I was looking for. This was her response.... "Nicki I'm sorry you feel that way. This is an extremely busy time of year for us. Not only are all the schools starting up and need their spirit wear as well as several other shops in the area are no longer in business & we seem to have picked up quite a bit of overflow from that. Having been in business for over 23 years, I am sure we've disappointed a few people along the way but our overall customer satisfaction is obviously pretty good or we wouldn't still be here. I wish you well in finding a printer that you can have a good working relationship with. Lisa Gibbons Absolute Graphix Inc." Wow, a simple apology and explanation would have gone far. Or even a response to my email when I sent it to state that this was a busy time of year and she would not be able to get back to me for a week. To not hear anything at all for almost a week and then receive this kind of response just confirmed my decision. I'm glad to find out how little my business means to Absolute Graphix before I wasted anymore time with them..

We have been using Absolute Graphix for about 5 years for all of our shirts for our bar & grill - We've needed dart league shirts, horseshoe team shirts, employee shirts, hats for golf tournaments, and lettering, logo placement for our sponsored softball teams, shirts for charity fundraisers. They have always delivered exactly what we've asked for with in the time line requested! Lisa is absolutely amazing! You can bring her a concept and she will make the graphics, or bring her an exact copy of what you would like. Either way, the attention to detail is always excellent, customer service is top-notch. It's nice to deal with a personally owned company that will bend over backwards for their customers, versus being a number at a large printing company. The pricing is comparible to that of the larger companies. AA++ Do not hesitate to give them a call!

I have been working with Absolute for a number of years and Lisa and Mike always provide great finished products and customer service. We typically order large quantities of uniforms 700+ and they are able to sort them by team and deliver them on time. Highly recommend this great small family owned/operated business.

they did a last minute order for me, and it was done in no time! lucky for me they had some extra's laying around. great service! and a great price. i was so thrilld i ended up tipping them! if i every need anything again i will be sure to return.

This place is great they do quality work in a timely basis they have great ideas and great accessories to choose from and the owners they are just the bomb super nice people
